We had a great time at the mine. The staff was friendly and we found lots of cool gems! There's also an antique shop and rock shop there. I recommend a visit!
We just returned from our annual vacation to the mountains and my kids are still talking about the gems they found at Elijah Mountain. We had the best time! The staff was very friendly. Full of Southern Hospitality. The rock shop was on the smaller side but the prices were the best we've found. There's also a nice antique shop there full of all kinds of old collectables. Definitely worth the trip!
