No. 1 North Carolina beats Michigan State

When Michigan State headed to the Ford Field locker room at halftime, the Spartans had a better field-goal percentage and three-point percentage than the top-ranked team in the country.
The Spartans' pace and accuracy would have deflated most opponents at that time. But despite all its effort and efficiency against North Carolina on Wednesday night in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge, No. 13 Michigan State was trailing by 14 points. The Spartans wound up crumbling 98-63.
